    Shipping & Delivery

    All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing an order. The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method you choose.
    FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $ 49! This shipping option is applicable for all orders shipped to Canada by Canada Post Expedited Parcel with tracking information and e-mail notifications.
    LOW COST SHIPPING on all orders under $ 49!, we are not in business to "profit" from shipping; you are charged what we are charged, your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing.

    Processing and delivery
    The processing time can take up to 3 business days. Once processed the delivery time can take between 1-5 business days depending on where you are in Canada.
    On average, your order will be shipped the next business day with delivery in 1-5 business days.

    For orders that have not been received on estimated date posted on courier's website, please contact our customer service for assistance. We will contact our courier on your behalf for an investigation. Delivery time is only an estimate; delivery time is NOT a guarantee. Since we have no control over delivery time, we will not refund shipping cost for any delayed orders.

    Any missing, wrong or damaged product sent must be reported within 14 days for replacement or refund. We will not accept any claim after 14 days after receiving orders. We suggest you to verify your order immediately when you received it.

    Please check order confirmation email. If the order information is incorrect or incomplete, customers are responsible to report immediately to our customer service to update and make changes. We use automated solution to print shipping labels and we do not recheck the addreses manually, If problem is not notify in time and order is shipped out, customer will be responsible for the resending charge. If a return to sender (RTS) is due to the customer’s mistake with the address (e.g. apartment number, business name, etc), we will charge extra shipping for the resend. If the customer wants a refund, we will deduct shipping from the refund, even if the order is with free shipping discount.

    Returns, Refunds & Replacements

                First of all we are very sorry that our product does not function as you expected.

                However

                All returns must include their original packaging along with all documents.

                Returns of defective products will not be accepted without prior authorization from the customer service, all returns must include the order number and the ticket number opened to declare the defective, we need these information to                   track the return and proceed of the replacement or the refund. Customer must obtain an authorization for each returning products. No action will be taken if the product(s) are returned to us without authorization

                We may ask to take a picture of the faulty product with the serial number of the product and not require a return of the product to either send a replacement or perform a refund.

                Incorrect product purchased due to a website error must be reported to our customer service in order to receive refund. Once the mistake is confirmed, we will arrange the return of the products and their refund.

                Compatible and remanufactured ink cartridges, toners and drum units have a 90 day return policy if unopened.

                OEM products, including but not limited to ink cartridges, toners and drum units, have a 30 day return policy if unopened.

                The customer is responsible of the shipping for all unopened products.
